Room 77

You are the signal. Room 77 is broadcasting something it shouldn't.

Place frequency signals on a grid of CRT monitors. Match the right waveform to the right cell. Complete rows, columns,  and diagonals to trigger LOCKs and score points. Reach the Signal Fee before your bandwidth runs out — or the  transmission ends.
